Noëlle Yoo is a classical harpist and a student of Kristi Shade. She is principal harpist of the New York Youth Symphony and the Philharmonic Orchestra at Manhattan School of Music Precollege. She recently performed with the Weill Cornell School of Medicine Orchestra and the NEC Summer Orchestra Institute. Noëlle has also been studying conducting with Robert Kahn and Tanya Chanphanitpornkit at MSM Precollege.

In addition to her orchestral work, Noëlle is an active chamber musician and solo performer. She has loved spending the past 5 summers with the Charles Ives Music Festival and performing in harp ensembles at Vienna Harp Days, the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, American Harp Society (Marlboro, VT) and the Young Artist’s Harp Seminar. She has participated in masterclasses with Nancy Allen, Hannah Cope Johnson, Elizabeth Hainen, Veronika Lemishenko and Elisabeth Plank.
